Where do the lots come from?
Only from sources that allow it: the official GSA Auctions data feed today, and auction houses and estate-sale companies that agree to share their lots. We don't scrape sites whose terms forbid it.
I only want government auctions. Is this for me?
Probably not the paid plan. Dedicated government-auction tools already cover that nationwide for less. We include nearby federal surplus in the free sample. Members pay for NYC/NJ partner lots, local pickup detail and comps.
When does it launch?
When the first partner auction houses are live. Waitlist members hear first and get the founding price.
Do you guarantee profit?
No. Each digest is research to speed up your own checks. Inspect lots, read the terms and set your own max bid.
