In short: Billed monthly in advance; renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel (annual: every year, with a reminder 15–45 days before). Cancel anytime by email. Your placement runs to the end of the paid period. Full refund if we haven't published your placement yet.
Plans. Featured listing $49 per month; Category sponsor $149 per month; New listing review $99 one-time. Annual plans get 2 months free (Featured $490 per year; Category sponsor $1,490 per year). Prices are in US dollars.
Billing and automatic renewal. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically every month at the same price, charged to your card through a secure Stripe payment link, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime yourself through the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt emails, or by emailing hello@siringo.com (done within 1 business day); cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep your placement until then. Annual plans renew automatically every year, and we email you 15 to 45 days before each annual renewal.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@siringo.com (we confirm within one business day) or from the billing link in your Stripe receipt. Your placement runs until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds. We refund a payment in full if we haven't published your placement yet. If your placement is unavailable for 3 or more days in a paid period because of a problem on our side, we credit or refund those days. We don't refund past periods or partial periods after cancelling. We always refund duplicate or mistaken charges.
New listing review ($99). Fully refundable until the review is published. If we don't publish it within 5 business days of receiving your details, you may cancel for a full refund. Paying for a review doesn't buy a positive review: pros and cons are our editorial judgment, and you can point out factual errors, which we fix within 2 business days.
Labelling and editorial independence. Paid placements are always labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored". Payment never changes rankings, pros and cons, verdicts or comparison results, and never removes or hides a competitor.
Your content. You confirm you have the rights to the logo, name, screenshots and claims you send us, and that your claims are true. We may edit for length and accuracy, and may decline or remove a placement that's misleading, unlawful or against platform rules (with a refund of the unused period).
Price changes. We'll email you 5 to 30 days before any price change. If you're charged a higher price, you may cancel within 14 days for a prorated refund.
Agreement. By paying you agree to these advertising terms and to automatic renewal at the price shown until you cancel.
Cancel steps. Email hello@siringo.com ("Cancel"), or use the Stripe billing portal link in your receipt (if enabled).
Price change. 5–30 days' email notice. If you're charged a higher price, cancel within 14 days for a prorated refund.
